I am Dr Argüelles I want first say hello to you and told you that I hope that you be fine. In another thing the reason for this letter is tell the story about one patient me, her name is Sofia Sanchez her age is 21 and the reason of her visit in that she is overweight. Her weight is about 160 Kg she have a bad diet, and she never eats at time. Sofia wants to put down her weight but she says to me that she can’t because she has a lot of anxiety.
One normal day for her is like that, when she wake up she eats normally a donut with a hot chocolate, later in her work she always eats candies, potatoes, etc, also five in the morning. Sofia is a hard worked and almost never have a free time for a lunch, so she eat like a sandwich or a hamburger or any fast food that she have close to her. At night she never eats, but in the she wake up and eat anything that she find in her house. For that reasons she is been having diarrhea, asides and fact of vitality.
I already tell her that if she don’t make a good hours of eating she’ll have heard problems and if she don’t eat good eat good things she will been very sick, another things that can append to her if she doesn’t take care a bout her heal is that if Sofia don't make food hours she will be more fat and with the danger to die. Hi doctor Arguelles I already read your letter I thing that Sofia should going first into a psychologist because she maybe needs past relievers or some thing like that, also I thing that she should get into a GYM and take care about her.
She shouldn’t eats a lot of fast foods because that type of food help her to get more fat, another thing that she should not do is haven’t hours for eating like breakfast, lunch and dinner, she shouldn’t eat every time and just eat at the time. I hope doctor Arguelles that this type of commentaries helps to you. And another thing that you should do is send me that patient because I’m good with the disorganizes persons maybe that is because I’m very exigent person and they always do things that I tell them, for this reason if you define not keeping follow seen her send to me I do my best for help her. Sara was with her parents in a family reunion while her sister Marcela was with her boyfriend and they was having a romantic night with a lot of wine bottles in her house, after a time Marcela was drunk and her boyfriend prefer going out because he knows that he was in a lot of problems. After he going's out Marcela called her sister at phone and tell her that she was nervous because her parents tell her that she can’t drink alcohol. Her sister Sara was thinking what to do and she decided tell her parent that she was tired and she comes back to her house. They say that it’s ok and after she comes back to home she saw her sister Marcela on the flour whit a lot of vomit around her. Sara clean everything and put her sister on bet whit her, while her parents are coming back to home Sara was trying to sleep, but went her parents get into home they smell a rare thing and discover that was vomit, at the next morning they punished severely to Marcela.

I understood that you are very sad because your girlfriend finish to you but calm down maybe is something momentary you have to understand that she needs a little time for think try to put in her shoes.
If you need talk with some body call me or came to me house, and make me a favor don’t drink or do some thing that you don’t do in a normal occasion, and off course that if you try to talk to her maybe you can explain to her what append that night. Well I’m very shy person I have two childrens, they are teenagers, one girl and one boy, my wife died 2 years ago,for this reasonn I have to work very hard to support my sons, so I’m very hardwoking.I want to work because my two childrens grow up very fast and I don’t like to stay alone in my house.I think that I need money for pay the university of they in order to make more safe their future. I’m 55 years old and I have been doctor all me life, to be more specific during 28 years,I worked in the international medical center of San Antonio.
2. Were you fired or did you quit, and why?
I don't get fired or I didn´t quit my job, the reason for that is, I'm now a retired person, so I dont work anymore, the main problem is that the money isnt enought for my needs.
3. How many hours at week do you work?
I used to work at the week more o less than 102 hours without my lunch time counting.
4. Do you work on weekends?
Well, I used to work on Saturdays but I dosent work on Sundays, because some of this days my daughter came to my house. but if I have to work on these days, I dont have any problem with that, because my job is very important .
5. How do you see yourself in 5 years?
In five years I probably will be here in my house with my son and my daughter, but I'll probably going to make part of "Doctors without frontiers" working far far away, in the most poor locations in South America.
6. What do you think would be the most interesting job?
Well I love my work and i thing that is very beatiful, and great, the only thing that I dont like is the shedule, that is all , in the specialization I think the the most interesting field in the medicine is the neurology and pediatrics.

It could be a possibilitie, but nowadays, being a managger is very hard in our society, but is very greatefull when you can give jobs to other persons in order to improve their lifes.8. What salary you used to get in your last job?
No too much, if you look the mount of money that I earn, compared with the shedule of work, The work was very hard and long.

Baboon VS Flamingos notice from class in studium (seventh work)
This story is about two species that live in the seas of Africa both at same time they share everything on this beach except on July the species are the Baboon and flamingos. About four million flamingos arrive to this beaches and the Baboon started to feel very restless and they were infested so they didn’t like this idea in order to do something they star attacking the flamingos and started eating them and until now the story is not over the two animals are living normally.
